Admins

Every admin can issue and revoke codes and manage the other admins. Each signs in with their own email, password and 2FA code.

Add an admin

Tell them the temporary password in person or by phone, not in the same message as the web address. At their first sign-in they set up 2FA and then choose their own password.

Issue a new code
